Welcome to HPCARD Petroleum CP OPC P Limited ("Company", "we", "our", "us")! These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") govern your use of our Mobile App hpcard petroleum and "My Station" operated by HPCARD Petroleum CP OPC P Limited (together or individually "Service").
Our Privacy Policy (as displayed in the My Station App) also governs your use of our Service and explains how we collect, safeguard, and disclose information that results from your use of our My Station Mobile Application.
Your agreement with us includes these Terms and our Privacy Policy ("Agreements"). You acknowledge that you have read and understood Agreements and agree to be bound by them. By using My Station App and services offered by the My Station application, the user agrees to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Important: If you do not agree with (or cannot comply with) Agreements, you may not use the Service but please let us know by emailing at Care@hpprocard.com so that we can try to find a solution.
a) "HPCARD" means HPCARD Petroleum CP OPC P Limited
b) "My Station" means an additive managing program owned and operated by HPCARD Petroleum CP OPC P Limited Mobility stations Operators enrolled as members for additive products/services
c) "My Station app" application means app developed by RBML Team to managing the Sales, Inventory Compliance, and additive for HPCARD Petroleum CP OPC P Limited
d) "Registered Mobile Number (RMN)" is the mobile number which is allocated to HPCARD EV MOBILITY stations operators during the Program launch
e) "Web Site" means the HPCARD Web Site www.hpprocard.com
By using our Service, you agree to subscribe to newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information we may send. However, you may opt out of receiving any, or all of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or by emailing at care@hpprocard.com.
